This procedure should be used to link document records to a position.
The result will be a link between a position record and any number of document records.
Before the procedure can begin, the following prerequisites must be met:
Follow the steps below to add documents to positions.
From 'Model/Site. Connect Position' (MOS440), select the position to which the documents are to be added.
Select Option 20='Documents'. This will go to Documents - 'Position. Connect Documents' (MOS448).
Enter the document code and select New. Press Enter to confirm the link.
