This instruction explains how you bypass the auto job in 'Create Work Order' (MOS005).
Use this instruction when you want to force the work order through to 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100).
The work order appears in 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100).
Once the work order appears in 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100), it is possible to use it to prepare and report work.
The starting conditions listed in Releasing Work Requests must be met.
Start 'Work Request. Open' (MOS170/B).
Select an appropriate sorting order.
Sorting order 13 is suggested.
Press F14='Create Order' to display 'Work Request. Create Work Order' (MOS913).
Specify the selection criteria you want to use for releasing the work requests using the From and To fields.
The valid fields are: Warehouse, responsible, equipment no., serial no., structure type and service.
Specify whether processing should be carried out online. Press Enter to run the selection query.
Note that interactive processing can lock up the PC for some time.
The selected work requests will have their statuses upgraded to 60 and then 65.
