This document explains how you create user-defined status codes for different kinds of actions in connection with credit monitoring.
Up to 99 statuses or action codes are defined and can be reviewed in 'Credit Monitoring Action. Open' (RMS010). The statuses can refer to Telephone call, Letter sent, Credit policy for customer adjusted, Customer blocked from further orders, for example.
Use the status code to define the type of action taken for invoices included in 'Credit Monitoring. Process' (RMS420).
Action status codes are saved in the parameter file (CSYTAB).
Start 'Credit Monitoring Action. Open' (RMS010/B).
On the B panel, enter a numeric identity for the action status code; valid values are 1–99. Click New.
On the E panel, enter a description (required) and a name for the action status code. Press Enter.
