Adding a Grid role mapping for a Security Role

  1. Access the Grid Configuration Manager as a user with the grid-admin role.
  2. Click Applications and select the application to configure.
  3. Click Edit Role Mappings.

    A page with all available Grid roles for this application is displayed.

  4. Find the Grid role to configure mappings for. Click Edit in the Included Members column for that role.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Session Provider Defined list, specify the Security Role to map. Click Add, then Ok.
  7. Click Ok, then click Save.

    The new role mapping will take effect for new grid sessions, not for users that already have an active grid session.
