Distribution Lists
Use the Distribution Lists tab to create and manage email recipient groups for delivery schedules. You can use the distribution lists to simplify the process of sending scheduled reports to maintain reusable sets of recipients. You can click the option to add a new list, if no distribution lists are available. See, Creating a distribution list.
You can use the option to modify a
distribution list and option to delete a
distribution list.
Note: If you delete a distribution list that is associated with a delivery
schedule and no email addresses are linked to the delivery schedule, the status of this
schedule is set to Inactive. You must add a recipient to set the
status of this schedule to Active.
