Delivery Schedules

Use the Delivery Schedules tab to view and create delivery schedules. A list of delivery schedules with details such as name, date of last delivery, date of next delivery, format in which the schedule is exported and recipients is displayed.

You can click the Create New Schedule option to create a new schedule, if the delivery schedules do not exist in the application. See, Creating a delivery schedule.
Note: You must have the required permission to view or modify all the schedules. The users assigned to the Enterprise Manager and Revenue Manager Admin roles can view and modify all the delivery schedules in the list.
By default, the list of delivery schedules is sorted based on the creation date. You can perform these actions on the list:
  • View the created delivery schedules by selecting the My Delivery Schedules option in the list menu.
  • View all the delivery schedules by selecting the All Delivery Schedules option in the list menu.
  • Create a new delivery schedule, using the Create New Schedule option.
  • Run a delivery schedule, using the Run Now option.
  • Apply these bulk changes on the list, using the Bulk Changes option:
    • Schedule: Modify the delivery schedules such as frequency and generation time.
    • Format: Modify the format in which the report is sent to the recipients.
    • Property: Modify the property associated with the delivery schedules.
    • Status: Modify the status of the delivery schedules.

You can use the Edit option to modify a delivery schedule and the Delete option to delete a delivery schedule.

Note: 

If no recipients are associated with a delivery schedule, the No Recipients window is displayed when you click the No Recipients option. You can click Add to add a recipient.
