Specifying the budget or forecast data using the Autofill option

  1. Select Menu > Budget or Forecast. The Budget & Forecast screen is displayed.
  2. Click the Edit icon for the required budget or forecast. A screen is displayed with the budget or forecast details.
  3. Click Autofill. The Autofill window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Autofill Based On
    The type of data that is recommended by the RMS application for the budget or forecast. Possible values:
    • Last 12 months: The 12 months data is populated automatically
    • Forecast: The forecast data is populated automatically
    Rooms Metric Modifier: Apply Modifier Of
    The percentage adjustment applied to the Room Metric value for the budget or forecast. The Room Metric values are increased or decreased by the specified percentage.
    Note: 

    This field is enabled only when the value in the Data field is set to Autofill.

    Revenue Metric Modifier: Apply Modifier Of
    The percentage adjustment applied to the Revenue Metric value for the budget or forecast. The Revenue Metric values are increased or decreased by the specified percentage.
  5. Click Apply. The application populates the data for the budget or forecast.
