Creating a preference
- Select Analytics & Insights > Analytics. The Analytics screen is displayed.
- Click the Preferences option on the Selection panel. The Preferences window is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Complimentary Rooms
- The type of room. Possible values:
- Without Complimentary Rooms
- With Complimentary Rooms
- Day Use
- The type of the reservation. Possible values:
- With Day Use
- With Day Use for Revenues Only
- Without Day Use
- Additional Day Details
- The additional details associated with the reservation.
Possible options:
- Pricing Strategy
- Event
- Include zero values
- Select this check box to include records with no data for
the selected reporting period when exporting a report to Microsoft
Excel or CSV. For example, if a selected reporting category, such as
a room type, rate code, or market segment, has no activity or amount
during the selected period, the exported file includes the category
with a value of 0.Note:
- This export option is available only when the selected analysis dimension contains less than 20 records. If the dimension contains 20 or more records, the export option is disabled.
- When you save a bookmark, the Include Zeros value is saved with it. Exports from the bookmark use the saved value, not the current preference.

Click Confirm.
Note: You can use these options from the Manage Default Preferences menu:
- Reset Preferences to Default
- Save Current Selection as New Default
