Travel Agents

Use the Travel Agents screen to view a list of travel agents that booked rooms at your property. This data is imported from the property management solution (PMS) configured with the property through the Night Audit extraction file.

This information is displayed in the list:

Travel Agent: The code associated with the travel agent.
Note: You cannot modify this value. It is extracted directly from the PMS and used for identification and reporting.
Description: The description for the travel agent.
Note: You can modify this value. If the PMS sends a new description, the changes are overriden.
Travel Agent Group: The group to which the travel agent belongs.
Note: You cannot modify this value. It is extracted from the PMS and used for data consolidation.
Travel Agent Alias: The alternate name or label for the travel agent.
Note: You can modify this value. The Travel Agent code populated by default and can be edited to support consolidation across properties in HAI reports.

You can view the total number of records at the top of the list.
