Creating a bookmark

  1. Select Analytics & Insights > Analytics. The Analytics screen is displayed.
  2. Click More option and select Add to Bookmarks. The Add to Bookmarks window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Bookmark Name
    The name of the bookmark.
    Dates
    The type of date range configured for the bookmark. Possible values:
    • Fixed Dates: Displays the data on the Analytics screen for the specified date range.
    • Rolling Dates: Displays the data on the Analytics screen for a seven day period from the current date.
    • Rolling Period: Displays the data on the Analytics screen for a predefined period of time.
    Access
    The access type who can view the bookmark. Possible values:
    • Private: The reports created and saved for personal use.
    • Enterprise: The reports that are shared with all users who have access to at least one property within the same enterprise.
    • Global: The report that is available to all the RMS users across enterprises.
    Tags
    The name of the label to identify the bookmark.
  4. Click Save.
