Comments are additional information related to the violations.
To add comments to a violation:
Select Monitor > Violations on the navigation bar. The Violations page is displayed.
Select the check box corresponding to a violation and click Comment. The Comment window is displayed.
Note: Comments can also be specified for violations from the Violation Details page. You can click the arrow option corresponding to a violation on the Violations page. The Violation Details page is displayed. You can click Comment to add a comment on a violation.
