GDPR Object Anonymization

The GDPR object anonymization task anonymizes a user and the information related to the user. This functionality helps to secure the user data.

To anonymize data:

  1. Select Manage > Personal Data Protection on the navigation bar and click New.
  2. Specify this information:
    Task Name
    The name for the task.
    Type
    The type of the task.

    Select GDPR object anonymization.

    Object ID
    The object ID for which the data is anonymized.

    The anonymization task replaces this information:

    • User ID: Anonymous
    • Date: Current date
    • Email id: anonymous@anonymous.com
    Object List
    The list of objects for which data must be anonymized.
  3. Select an option to schedule the object anonymization task:
    • Run Now: The task is executed immediately.
    • Run Later: The task is executed on a later date. When you select this option, these fields are displayed:
    Start Date and Time
    The date and time when the task is scheduled to be initiated.
  4. Click Save to anonymize all the references of the selected user across the Infor GRC application. The priority of the object anonymization task is set to Critical and the task cannot run with other tasks in concurrence.
