Dynamic Attributes
Use this functionality to configure and manage dynamic user attributes that collect additional user information required by applications such as IFS and other custom applications. These attributes can be incorporated into the Provision process and included in Writeback BODs (Business Object Documents).
Prerequisites to define Dynamic Attributes for Provisions
You must be assigned to the IGRC - Administrator or a custom role with access to the Configurations page.

Use the Dynamic Attributes tab to review the existing attributes and the related details.
To access this page, select on the navigation bar.
You can also use this page to:
- Add a dynamic attribute, using the option. See, Adding a dynamic attribute.
- Enable a dynamic attribute, using the option. This option is enabled only when at least one dynamic attribute is selected.
- Disable a dynamic attribute, using the option. This option is enabled only when at least one dynamic attribute is selected.
- Delete a dynamic attribute, using the option. This option is enabled only when at least one dynamic attribute is selected.
- Review specific data, using the option.
- Select the columns to be displayed, using the option.
- Switch to the default view, using the option.
- Search for a dynamic attribute, using the option.
What happens next?
The enabled dynamic attributes are displayed when creating User Creation and Role Access Management provisions on the Provisions page and can be used to collect additional user and organization specific information. The attributes can also be written back to external applications through BOD mapping.
Troubleshooting
This section lists the common issues that are encountered on this page along with the possible cause and resolution.

| Unable to create an attribute | An attribute with the same name already exists. Use a unique attribute name. |
| Unable to enable an attribute | Two or more attributes have the same BOD mapping. Enable the required attribute and disable the other attributes that use the same mapping. |
