Certification Management Settings

This setting manages the process to identify reviews and recommend a confidence score. The confidence score helps the user decide whether to approve or reject a review.

Review Action Recommendations

Enable this setting to trigger a Machine Learning (ML) based approval task for reviews listed on the Reviews page in the Monitor menu. The application creates the ML Based Reviews Action Recommendation in CM Reviews task on the Task page. This task includes the details required to generate a confidence score for each review.

The confidence score appears in the Confidence Score column on the Reviews page.
