Importing Infor OS Functional Roles

Use the Import Infor OS Functional Roles option to import Functional Security Roles (FSRs) from IFS.

FSR in IFS is a group of security roles that provides necessary user permissions to perform tasks across one or more applications. These roles can be imported into GRC as Job Positions that comply to the audit and compliance standard.

Select a data source. The data source must contain all applications associated to the FSRs.
Specify the hierarchy to categorize the imported roles appropriately.
Select approvers to review and validate the imported functional roles before the roles are used.

Note: Infor OS Functional Roles when imported creates a new ' Infor OS Functional Roles' Functional Area. You must add the Functional Area on the Approval Process Template page before using the roles in Provisions.
