Use this tab to review questions with responses deviating from the default compliance standards or expectations, specified in the Response Template. Questions with the Text type or Date Format type responses are also listed on this page.

Responses for textual questions are sent to GEN AI for analyzing the response. The Comments section for each text-based question displays the GenAI generated rating along with the justification for that rating. Reviewers can take appropriate action based on the rating and comments provided.

You can use this page to:

• Create an incident based on the response score or identified risk category , using the Mark for Incident option. See, Creating an incident.
