Importing Questionnaire Template

Use the Import functionality to import a questionnaire template that is created by another user or in another Infor GRC tenant. The import process also includes all questions associated with the questionnaire template. However, any documentation associated with the questions is not imported.

What are the steps to import Questionnaire Template?

Perform these steps to import a questionnaire template:

  1. Select Design > Compliance Control > Questionnaire Template on the navigation bar . The Questionnaire Template page is displayed.
  2. Click Import. The Import Questionnaire Template window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Import File
    The .json file that contains the questionnaire template and the associated questions to import. Click Browse to select the file.
    Task Name
    The name of the task that imports the questionnaire template.
    Import Response Template
    Indicates whether the response template associated with the questionnaire template must be imported. Select the check box to enable this option.
    Import Options

    The options that determine how the import task must be processed. Possible values:

    • Keep Existing Data

      Retains the existing questionnaire templates in the application.

    • Overwrite from Import file

      Overwrites the existing questionnaire template in the application with the questionnaire template from the import file for the specified Insight.

  4. Click Import.

What happens after the Import task is scheduled?

You can monitor the progress of the import task and verify that the imported questionnaire template is available in the application after the task is complete.

  1. Select Monitor > Tasks to view the progress of the Import Questionnaire Template task.
  2. Select Design > Questionnaire Template to view the imported questionnaire template after the task is complete.
