What happens after an action is taken on a risk?

The result of a risk is based on the action performed. This table lists the outcome of each action:

Action	Result
Accept Risk	The Risk status changes to Closed. Click the arrow corresponding to a risk to review the risk details.
Discuss Risk	A notification is sent to the selected reviewer requesting review and follow-up action. The Reviewer column on the Risks page displays the name of the reviewer with whom the risk is discussed.
Mitigate Risk	The Risk status changes to Closed. Click the arrow corresponding to a risk to review the risk details.
