Data Replication

The Data Replication functionality can be used to replicate GRC data in Data Fabric. Data in the GRC application is updated continuously with the latest information from applications or new analyses. This functionality ensures that all versions of historical data is stored and readily accessible from Data Fabric.

The replicated data in Data Fabric can be used to review various dashboards and generate Birst reports based on the application data. Additionally, the Compass Views functionality in data analysis tool, provides different perspectives for analyzing the data in Data Fabric.

The Data Replication functionality currently supports publishing this data to Data Fabric, based on Insight :

• Authorizations Insight for Infor
  • Monitored Data: User, role, and permission data available on the Data page.
  • Violations Data: Violation details.
  • Provision History: Provisions completed with approval or denial.
• Process Insight for Infor
  • Monitored Data: Transaction monitoring object data available on the Data page.
• Certification Manager Insight for Infor
  • Review History: The reviews that have been completed.
