Risk Remediation Details

The Risk Remediation Details report displays the details of the remediation activities performed on identified risks.

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Click the Lookup option to select Risk Remediation Details in the Reports field.
  3. Specify general information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight (standard or custom risk assessment) for which information is displayed in the report.
    Risk Assessment Name
    The name of the risk assessment for which information is displayed.
    Severity
    The severity of the risks derived from the questions. Possible values:
    • Critical
    • High
    • Medium
    • Minor
    • Informational
    Closure Type
    The method used to close the risk. Possible values:
    • Accept and Close: The risk is accepted without further action.
    • Mitigate: The actions are taken to reduce or transfer the risk before closure.
