Adding ownership to an Infor GRC user

You can assign ownership of the Infor GRC objects to an existing Infor GRC user.

To assign ownership:

  1. Select the Monitor > Data page on the navigation bar. The Data page is displayed.
  2. Click the arrow option corresponding to a user to assign an ownership. The details of the user are displayed.
  3. Click the Ownership tab.
  4. Click Add to add ownership of an Infor GRC object. The Add Ownership screen is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Object Type
    The business objects of the Infor GRC application for which the ownership is assigned to the user. Possible values:
    • Data Source
      Note: You can assign the ownership of a Data Source only if the value of the Fine Grained Access option is set to ON for the Data Source.
    • Condition
    • Rule Book
    • Rule
    Permission Type
    The type of permission assigned to the user for the selected business object. Possible values:
    • Owner
    • User
  6. Select details of the object selected in the Object Type field.
    For example, when you select Data Source as the Object Type, you must select the data sources to which the user belongs.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Click Save.
