Creating a Baseline
Use the Baseline page to create a Baseline category.
- Select Manage > Baseline on the navigation bar. The Baseline tab is displayed by default.
- Click New to create a new Baseline.
- Specify this information:
- Baseline Name
- Specify a name for the Baseline.
- Insight
- Select the Insight for which the Baseline category is created. The Baseline functionality currently supports the Process Insight for Infor.
- Application Instance
- Select the application instance that must be associated with the Baseline category.
- Baseline Category
- Select a category for the Baseline.
- Baseline Sub Category

Select sub-categories or child objects for the selected Baseline category.
Note: This field is displayed only if the selected Baseline category has associated sub-categories.
- Click Save. The selected category is added to the Baseline page and is available for immediate or scheduled baseline snapshot.
To take a snapshot immediately, select the Baseline category and click the Snapshot option. However, to schedule the snapshot, create a new schedule.
