Specify this information:
- Task Name
- The name of the schedule.
- Description
- The description of the schedule.
- Objective
- The purpose of creating the risk assessment schedule.
- Insight
- The name of the Insight for which the schedule is being created.
- Questionnaire Template
- The questionnaire template that must be assigned to the new risk assessment. By default, this field displays the template associated with the selected Insight.
