Switching the page view
The layout of the Reviews page can be switched to view all the details pertaining to the existing reviews.
Click the option to switch to the Single Page View layout. The Single Page View layout enables you to review the primary and the secondary objects on the same page and also take action on the reviews. The layout displays these additional details of the review:
- Review Name
- The name of the review.
- Status
- The current status of a review. Possible values:
- Approved
- Pending
- Denied
- Application Instance
- The application instance associated with a review.
- Role Name
- The name of the role for which the review is created. You can click the role name to view the role details and the assigned permissions.
- Role Description
- The description for the role.
- Process Name
- The name of the process for which the review is created.
- Violation Count
- The number of violations generated by the primary object.
- More Details
- The additional details of a review such as the primary object details, the review history, the comments if any, and the activity carried out on the review.
Click the option to switch to the Standard (default) view.
Note: You cannot set these filters on the Single Page View layout:
- Primary Action Flag
- Top Priority
- Review Period
