My Reports
Use this tab to review the list of the generated reports and the related data.
You can review this information:
- Name
- The name of the report.
- Description
- The description of the report.
- Status
- The status of the report.
- Generated On
- The date and time at which the report is generated.
- Report Format
- The format in which the report is generated. Possible values:
- CSV
- File Size
- The size of the report file.
- Action

The action you can perform to review the report. Possible values:
- Preview the generated report,
using the option in the
Action column. Note: If the format for the generated report is set to PDF, the preview of the report is displayed in a new tab and the report can be saved locally.
However, if you require to download the PDF format of the report directly, you must configure your browser settings.
- Review and download the report in IDM, using the option in the Action column.
- Preview the generated report,
using the option in the
Action column.
You can also use this tab to delete a subscribed report, using the option.
Note: This option is enabled only when you select
at least one subscribed report to delete.
