Reviewers for Certification
When creating a new stage for Certification, these fields are displayed:
- Reviewer
- The user assigned the role of a Reviewer for the stage. Possible
values:
- Process Owner: The owner of the certification process.
- Process Creator: The creator of the certification process.
- Review Manager: The manager of the user for a User/Role review.
- Administrator: The user assigned the role of an Administrator
- Certification Administrator: The user assigned the role of an Administrator for the certification process
- User: Any existing user in the application.
- Functional Area Variable: The Functional Area Variable assigned to the certification process.
- Object Value
- The value of the variable for the selected Reviewer. Select a value and click Add.
- Default Reviewer

The user assigned the role of the Default Reviewer for the stage.
Certification are assigned to the default reviewers, if the reviewers for the stage are not available or do not exist.Note: When certifying an Infor GRC tenant for the first time, the default reviewer role is assigned to one of the users having the Infor System Administrator role.
- Stage Reviewer to complete the review in specified number of days
- The number of days assigned to the reviewer for completing the review. Note: If the certification stage is not reviewed in the specified number of days, the reviews are tagged as Overdue and notification is sent to the reviewer.
- Escalation Reviewer
- The user assigned the role of an Escalation Reviewer for the stage.
Note: Certifications are assigned to the escalation reviewer, if the certification is in a pending state for the specified number of days.
- Escalate Review if the review remains in the same state for the specified number of days
- The number of days after which a review must be assigned to the escalation reviewer.
