Functional Areas

The Functional Areas report displays the hierarchical conditions of the Functional Areas configured in theInfor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Click the Lookup option to select Functional Areas in the Reports field.
  3. Specify general information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Functional Area Name
    The name(s) of the Functional Area.
    Functional Area Variable
    The variables linked to the selected Functional Area(s).
    Functional Area Type
    The type of Functional Area. Possible values:
    • Emergency Access
    • Non Emergency Access
    Approvers
    The approvers assigned to the selected Functional Areas.
    Note: Approvers are not required for the Emergency Access Functional Area type.
