Completed Process Details

The Completed Process Details report displays the description of actions performed in each stage occurrence of the completed process.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Click the Lookup option to select Completed Process Details in the Reports field.
  3. Specify other information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
    Process
    The process for which information is displayed in the report.
    Execution Date
    The date on which the selected process were executed.
    Data Source
    The data source linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the processes associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Primary Review Object
    The primary review objects of the processes. Details of the action taken on the objects are displayed in the report.
    Secondary Review Object
    The secondary review objects of the processes. Details of the action taken on the objects are displayed in the report.
    Reviewer
    The reviewers of the selected processes.
    Final State
    The final status of the selected processes. Possible values:
    • Approved
    • Rejected
    • All
    Additional Attributes
    Select the Additional Attributes check box to select additional attributes related to a user. You can select a maximum of five attributes.
