Process Executions
Use this tab to review the basic details of the process execution.
You can review this information:
Note: The information listed on this
page is displayed by default. To review additional information, click option and select the required data that must be displayed.
- Process Execution Name
- The name of the process execution.
- Execution Date
- The date and time of the process execution.
- Process Name
- The name of the process.
- Review Type
- The type of review. Possible values:
- User/Role
- Role/User
- Process Owner
- The owner for the process.
- Data Source
- The data source associated with the process.
You can also use this page to:
- Reassign an occurrence to another reviewer,
using the option.
When a process occurrence is reassigned to another Certification Manager user, all the reviews generated from that occurrence are also reassigned. However, the reviews generated from the subsequent occurrences are assigned to the selected reviewer.
Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one occurrence to reassign. - Review specific data, using the option.
- Select the columns to be displayed, using the option.
- Switch to the default view, using the option.
