Projects

Use this tab to review the list of existing projects in the selected suite.

You can review this information:

Project Name

The name of the project.

Insight Name

The Insight for which the project is created.

Status

The current status of the project. Possible values:

• Draft
• In Test
  Note: Projects with this status are available for reviewing data and analyzing objects in the GRC application. However, you can modify the project and publish again using the Finish option on the Summary tab.
• Final
  Note: Projects with this status are available for reviewing data and analyzing objects in the GRC application. However, you cannot modify the project.

Created By

The user who created the project.

Created On

The date on which the project is created.

Last Updated

The date on which the project is last updated.

Version

The GRC version for which the project is created.

Action

The actions you can perform on the project. Possible values:

• Publish a project, using the Publish option.
  Note: Projects with the In Test status can be published.
• Export a project, using the Export option.
• Unpublish a project, using the Unpublish option.
  Note: When you unpublish a project, Insights of the project are removed from the GRC application and the status of the project changes from In Test or Final to Draft.
• Delete a project, using the Delete option.
  Note: Deleted projects are displayed on the History tab.

• Add a new project and the associated details, using the New option. The new project is created based on the selected suite. See,
