Violation Details

The Violation Details report displays the details of the violations generated by a rule analysis.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Click the Lookup option to select Violation Details in the Reports field.
  3. Specify other information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report. Possible values:
    • Authorizations Insight for Infor
    • Process Insight for Infor
    Latest occurrence for the selected analysis
    The violation details generated by the latest occurrence for the rule analysis selected in the Analysis field. Select the check box to display the information in the report. If the selected Analysis has recurrences, the latest occurrence of the analysis is considered.
    Analysis
    The analysis for which the information is displayed in the report. The analysis data displayed are based on the Insight selected.
    Data Source
    The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the violations associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report based on the analysis.
    Note: If multiple Data Sources were selected while scheduling an analysis, this field will display all the selected Data Sources.
    Application Instance
    The application instance linked to the data source.
    Violating Objects
    The objects that have generated violations in an analysis. Possible values:
    • For Authorizations Insight for Infor, the objects can be:
      • Users
      • Roles
    • For Process Insight for Infor, the primary violating object used in the analysis.
    Include Permission IDs Details
    The permission identification details assigned to users or roles. Select the check box to include this information in the report.
    Include Permission Values
    The values of the permissions assigned to users or roles. Select the check box to include this information in the report.
    Rule Books
    The rule books used for the selected analysis.
    Rules
    The rules in the selected rule books.
    Rule Priority
    The priority assigned to the rules. Possible values:
    • High
    • Medium
    • Low
    • Informational
    Rule Format
    The format of the rules. Possible values:
    • Simple rule
    • Math rule
    • Duplicate rule
    • Baseline rule
    Note: This field is displayed only when you select Process Insight for Infor.
    Object
    The objects for which the violations are displayed in the report. The information displayed is based on the object selected in the Violating Objects field.
    Exclusion Options
    The type of the object for which the violations are displayed in the report. Possible values:
    • Excluded: Violations generated by the objects that are excluded from the rules.
    • Not excluded: Violations generated by the objects that are not excluded from the rules.
    Violation Status
    The status of violation. Possible values:
    • Open
    • Under Review
    • Pending Close
    • Closed
    • In Approval Process
    Note: The Object, Exclusion Options, and the Violation Status fields are disabled when you select the Process Insight for Infor.
