Discussing an incident
Use this functionality to discuss an incident with other users.
- Select on the navigation bar. The Incidents page is displayed.
- Select the check box corresponding to an incident that you require to discuss. The Discuss screen is displayed.
- Select the user with whom the incident must be discussed.
- Provide additional information related to the incident, in the Comments field.
- Click . The status of the incident is updated on the Incidents page.
