Ownership
Use this tab to review the process ownership details.
You can review this information:
Note: The information listed on this
page is displayed by default. To review additional information, click option and select the required data that must be displayed.
- Process Name
- The name of the process.
- Review Type
- The type of review. Possible values:
- User/Role
- Role/User
- Created By
- The creator of the process.
- Process Creation Date
- The date and time of the process creation.
- Data Source
- The data source associated with the process.
You can also use this page to:
- Reassign ownership to other reviewers, using
the option.
Ownership can be reassigned in one of these scenarios:
- The assigned process owner is out of the office
- The assigned process owner has left the organization
Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one ownership to reassign. - Review specific data, using the option.
- Select the columns to be displayed, using the option.
- Switch to the default view, using the option.
