General Information
Use this section to specify the general information when creating a functional area for Authorizations Insight for Infor.
Specify this information:
- Name
- The name for the functional area.
- Description
- The description of the functional area.
- Insight
- Authorizations Insight for Infor.
- Functional Area Type
- The category for which the Functional Area is created. Possible values:
- Emergency Access
- Job Position
- Approval Process
- Copy Functional Area From
- The details of an existing functional area that must be copied for the new
functional area.Note: This field is displayed only when you select the or option in the Functional Area Type field.
- Data Source
- The Data Source to be associated to the new functional area.Note: This field is displayed only when you select the option in the Functional Area Type field.
You can click Save as Draft to save a draft version of the Functional Area or click to move to the Scope Definition tab.
Note: If you have selected the option in the Functional Area
Type field, you must click
for navigating to the Hierarchy Definition tab.
