Analysis Scope

Use this section to specify the data source and to set the filters to schedule the analysis.

Specify this information:

Data Source Scope
The Data source to schedule the analysis. Possible values:
  • Analyze Data source selected in Schedules

    The Data source must be selected manually, for the schedule.

    Note: If you select this option, you must select a data source in the Data Source field. You can select multiple Data Sources.
  • Analyze Data source selected in Rule Books

    The data sources linked to the rule books are used.

  • Data Source

    The Data Source to be considered for the analysis.

    Note: This field is displayed only if you select the Analyze Data Source selected in Schedules option in the Data Source Scope field.
Analysis Scope
Data is analyzed based on the rules within the selected rule books and the Control Mapping object.

Specify this information:

  • Rule Books

    The rule books to be considered in the analysis.

    Note: You must select rule books that have the rules with the final status.
  • Controls Mapping

    The Controls Mapping object to be used in the analysis. The controls mapping filters data for one or more accounting entities.

Scope Filters
The filters to schedule the analysis.
  • Run Full Analysis: The entire extracted data is analyzed.
    Note: This option is used when the rules are modified.
  • All Data: The analysis is scheduled without setting the filters.
  • Specific Data: The Insight for which Analysis can be scheduled. Possible values:
    • Authorizations Insight

      When you select this Insight, these fields are displayed:

      Analyze excluded data
      The option to include or ignore the objects excluded in a rule.
      Analysis Filters
      The analysis is scheduled based on the objects. Possible values:
      • Users: Data specific to users, are analyzed.
      • Roles: Data specific to roles, are analyzed.
      • All: The entire extracted data is analyzed.
      User Status
      The analysis is scheduled based on the current status of the users. Possible values:
      • Disabled
      • Enabled
      • Inactive
      • INACTIVE
      • Removed
      • TERM
    • Process Insight for Infor

      When you select this Insight, this field is displayed.

      Apply specific date period
      The option to analyze data for a specific period. You must specify the start date and end date to define the period for which you want to analyze data.
