Settings specific to Insights.

You can also use these settings to create Global Packages. Use the Namespace Association option to add namespaces associated to this setting. See, Adding Namespaces.

Select Authorizations Insight for Infor to configure the settings.

The options are displayed in these sections:

  • Analysis Setting

    The settings specific to analysis.

    These fields are displayed:

    Role Violations Cap (multiple of 1000)
    The maximum number of role violations that must be generated during an analysis. The rule engine evaluates the rules until the set limit is reached. The values are set in multiples of 1000. The default value is 100000.
    User Violations Cap (multiple of 1000)
    The maximum number of user violations that must be generated during an analysis. The rule engine evaluates the rules until the set limit is reached. The values are set in multiples of 1000. The default value is 100000.
    Rule Chunk Size
    The number of rules to be analyzed simultaneously. For example, if you select 30 rules when scheduling an analysis and the specified rule chunk size is 10, data is analyzed three times using 10 rules at a time. The default value is 20.
    Maximum Exclusion Setting
    The maximum number of user or role attributes that can be excluded. The default value is set to 15.
  • What-ifs Settings

    The settings specific to the What-ifs. Configure these settings:

    Number of days for which what-ifs must be retained
    The number of days to retain the What-ifs.
    Note: The What-ifs with the Reviewed status are purged from the application server after the specified number of days.

    The default value is set to 10 days.

    Display existing violations for the what-ifs or the provisions
    Select this check box, to display the existing what-ifs and provision violations on the What-if details page and the Provision details page.
    View what-ifs assigned to other users
    Select this check box, to enable the logged-on user to view all the What-ifs. However, the logged-on user can perform an action only on the self-submitted What-ifs.
