Setting review filters

Set the filters on the Reviews page to determine the reviews that must be displayed.

To set the filters:

  1. Click Monitor > Reviews on the navigation bar.
  2. Expand the Filters section.
  3. Specify the information in these sections to display the reviews:
    • Process Filters
      Insight
      The name of the Insight for which the reviews are displayed. By default, reviews are displayed for the Certification Manager Insight for Infor.
      Review Type
      The type of the review. possible values:
      • User/Role review
      • Role/User review
      Review Category
      The category of the review. Possible values:
      • Active
      • History
      Process Name
      The name of the certification process.
      Data Sources
      The data sources associated to the review.
    • Occurrence Filters
      Start Date
      The start date of the process execution occurrence.
      End Date
      The end date of the process execution occurrence.
    • Object Filters
      Primary Action Flag
      Primary action to be performed on the review. Possible values:
      • Yes
      • No
      Note: This filter is not displayed for the Single Page View layout.
      Top Priority Flag
      Top priority assigned to the review. Possible values:
      • Yes
      • No
      Note: This filter is not displayed for the Single Page View layout.
      Review Period
      The time available for the signed-in user to take action on the review. Possible values:
      • Overdue
      • Due now
      • Escalated
      • Remaining
      Note: This filter is not displayed for the Single Page View layout.
    • Advanced Filter

      The attributes of the primary review object. You can also select the Closing Date attribute. Specify a date to view all the open reviews that have been marked completed beyond the specified date.

  4. Select one of these options:
    • Click Apply to display reviews based on the filters selected.
    • Click Save to specify a name for the filter. You can reuse the selected filter parameters in future. The saved filters are displayed on the Saved Filters tab.
      Note: The saved filters are page layout specific and are displayed based on the current page layout.
    • Click Reset to reset all the filters to the default values.
