Roles
Specify this information:
- Create User Without Roles
- User is created without assigning any roles.
- Insight
- The name of the Insight for which the provision is created.
- Data Source
- The data source linked to the selected Insight.
- Assignment Type
- The type of assignment to be specified for the new user. Possible values:
- Assign Roles
You must select roles to assign to the user. Click in the section at the bottom of the page to add roles. You can also click the option to assign roles of an existing user.

existing Job Position wherein roles are assigned to the selected user. The Job
Positions displayed are based on the selected data source.

Note: Administrators and Business Process Owners must consider
the data security and the privacy compliance requirements when assigning permissions to
roles for accessing sensitive data. Access provided without detailed review can be misused.
Limited and fine-grained access must be provided to users on the need to know and need to
use basis. Faulty implementation may lead to risk.
