Accepting an incident

Use this functionality to accept an incident.

  1. Select Monitor > Incidents on the navigation bar. The Incidents page is displayed.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to an incident that you require to accept and close.
  3. Click the Accept and Close option. The Accept and Close screen is displayed.
  4. Provide any additional information related to the incident that you require to close, in the Comments field.
  5. Upload files as supporting documents, if required. These file formats are supported:
    • Word
    • PDF
    • csv
    • excel
    • Image
  6. Click Accept. The status of the incident is updated on the Incidents page.
