Object Details

Use this tab to define the objects of the application that must be mapped with the data catalog of ION.

You must click New to specify this information.

Object Name
The name of the object. For example, User, Role, Function.
Object Description
The description of the object.
ION Document Type
The name of the file in which data related to this object is published.

You must enable these options(if required):

  • Root: The specified object does not have a parent object.
  • User: The specified object is User and must be mapped to another user in GRC.
  • Display on Data Browser: The specified object must be displayed on the Data page of the GRC application.
  • Multiple Records in Single BOD: Multiple records of the specified object must be included in a single BOD.

Click Add to add details of the objects.
