What-if list

Use the What-ifs page to review the list of the existing What-Ifs.

To access this page, select Manage > What-ifs on the navigation bar. The What-Ifs page is displayed with the What-Ifs tab open, by default.

Click the History tab to review history of What-ifs. See, Reviewing What-if history

Note: You can review all the What-ifs that are submitted by you. To review the What-ifs submitted by the other users, you must be assigned the same roles as the other user. The View What-Ifs assigned to other User check box must also be selected on the Settings > Configurations > Authorization Insights > Insight Configurations page.

You can use this page to:

  • Review What-if list. See, What-if list review.
  • Create a new What-if.
  • Delete a What-if.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one What-if to delete.
  • Review details of a completed What-if, using the arrow option corresponding to the What-if ID column.
  • Refresh the What-if page, using the Refresh option.
  • Generate a provision from the What-if, using the Generate Provision option.
    Note: You can also generate a provision from the What-if Details page. See, Reviewing details of a What-if.
  • Review a completed What-If, using the Review option.
  • Review specific data, using the Filter option.
  • Select the columns to be displayed, using the More (…) > Displayed Columns option.
  • Switch to the default view, using the More (…) > Reset Columns option.
