Rules list

Use the Rules page to review the information related to the existing rules.

To access this page, select Design > Business Controls > Rule Books on the navigation bar. Click the arrow option corresponding to a rule book to review the rules.

You can also use this page to:

  • Add rules in a rule book.
  • Delete a rule.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one rule to delete.
  • Modify an existing rule, using the arrow option corresponding to the Rule Name column.
  • Enable a rule.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one rule to enable.
  • Disable a rule.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one rule to disable.
  • Copy a rule.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one rule to copy.
  • Move a rule to another rule book.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one rule to move.
  • Export the displayed data to Excel, using More (…) > Export to Excel option.
  • Review specific data, using the Filter option.
  • Select the columns to be displayed, using the More (…) > Displayed Columns option.
  • Switch to the default view, using the More (…) > Reset Columns option.
