Data Sources list

Use the Data sources page to review the list of the existing Data sources.

To access this page, select Manage > Monitored applications > Data sources on the navigation bar.

You can use this page to:

  • Review the Data Sources list. See, Data Sources list review.
  • Create a new Data Source.
  • Delete a Data Source.
    Note: When you delete a data source, these functionalities are impacted:
    • The data extracted for the Data Source - Object Mapping related to the Data Source is deleted.
    • The violations generated in all the analyses that have used the deleted Data Sources.
    • The Data Source and rule book mapping
    • Mapped user entries from the mapping table for the Data Source
    • What-Ifs and Provisions created for the Data Source
    • Templates, Workflows, and Processes created for the Data Source
    • Certification Manager process and respective occurrences created for the deleted Data Source
    This Delete option is enabled only when you select at least one Data source to delete.
  • Modify an existing Data source, using the arrow option corresponding to the Name column.
  • Review specific data, using the Filter option.
  • Export the displayed data to Excel, using More (…) > Export to Excel option.
  • Select the columns to be displayed, using the More (…) > Displayed Columns option.
  • Switch to the default view, using the More (…) > Reset Columns option.
