Process Execution Scope Definition

The Process Execution Scope Definition report displays the details of a specific process execution in a certification process.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Click the Lookup option to select Process Execution Scope Definition in the Reports field.
  3. Specify other information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Process Name

    The name of the process.

    Execution Date
    The date and time of the process execution.
    Note: Values in the Data Source, Review Type, Review Process Template, Process Owner and Sign-Off Owner fields are populated based on the process name and the execution date selected. These values cannot be modified.
