Users with Selected Roles
The Users with Selected Roles report displays the roles assigned to the selected users.
To set the filters:
- Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New. The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
- Click the Lookup option to select Users with Selected Roles in the Reports field.
- Specify other information and click Next. The Report Filters section is displayed.

Specify the information that must be included in the report:
- Insight
- The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
- Data Source
- The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the users associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
- Application Instance
- The application instance linked to the Data Source.
- User Status
- The status of the user for which information is displayed in the report.
- Users
- The Infor GRC users.
- Roles
- The roles assigned to the selected users.
