Working with What-ifs
Use the What-ifs page to create or review a What-if.
Select
on the navigation bar and click .
These What-ifs can be created:
- User Creation: Create a new user. See, Creating a User Creation What-if.
- Access Management: Assign roles to a user. See, Creating an Access management What-if
Alternately, you can also click the arrow option corresponding to an existing What-if to review the What-if details.
Note: Administrators and Business
Process Owners must consider the data security and the privacy compliance
requirements when assigning permissions to roles for accessing sensitive data.
Access provided without detailed review can be misused. Limited and fine-grained
access must be provided to users on the need to know and need to use basis. Faulty
implementation may lead to risk.
