Stage Conditions for Certification

Use this section to set review conditions for this stage.

Stage Actions

Self review can be considered if the user and the reviewer for the stage are the same. The review is assigned to the default reviewer for approval and the stage reviewer cannot take any action on the review.

However, if the default reviewer and the user are also the same, the Process owner is notified by an email and the review is assigned to the Process Owner. The Process Owner can assign the review to other reviewers.

Review Condition

The conditions considered for reviewing the stage. Possible values:

• Any one Reviewer
  Note: This option is valid only if multiple reviewers are selected for this stage.
• All Reviewers

Primary Level Action

The conditions for taking action on the reviews. Possible scenarios:

• Allow Actions on Reviews at Primary Level: The reviewers can take action on the primary level of the review process.
• Do not Allow Actions on Reviews at Primary Level: The reviewers can take action on the individual secondary objects.

Mandatory Comment to

The conditions in which comments are required. Possible values:

• None: Comments are not required
• Approve: The stage is approved.
• Deny: The stage is denied.
• Both: The stage is approved or denied.
