Mapping customized notification templates

You can map the new customized notification templates to specific GRC events. After successful mapping of the template, the GRC application uses the custom template for notifications.

  1. Select Settings > Configurations on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Notification Template Setting tab.
  3. Click New. The Add Template Mapping window is displayed.
    Note: You can also use the Edit option corresponding to an existing custom notification template to edit the template name.
  4. Specify the information required to map the template to an event.
    Notification Type
    The type of notification for which the GRC application must use the template. Possible values:
    • Subscription Based Notifications
    • System Generated Notifications
    Event Type
    The business objects of the Infor GRC application for which the notification must be sent. Possible values:
    • Analysis
    • Condition Management
    • Rule
    • Controls Mapping
    • Rule Book
    • Approval Process
    • Snapshot Schedule
    • Certification Process
    • Compensating Controls
    • Risk Assessment
    • Manage Object
    • Report
    • Baseline
    Event
    The events for sending notification. The events displayed vary based on the event type selected.
    Language
    The language of the notification
    Template Name
    The customized template name to map with the application
  5. Click Add to save the mapping.

    The mapped template is used in future to send notifications for the selected event and type.
