Notifications

These settings control the email notifications sent out at different stages of a Review Process.

You can also use these settings to create Global Packages. Use the Namespace Association option to add namespaces associated to this setting. See, Adding Namespaces.

• Override This Option

  Define whether you can override the settings on this page when creating an Approval Process Template (APT).

• Process Start

  Define whether the Process Owner or the Process Reviewer or both must receive an email notification when a Process starts. The Process Reviewer is also notified for the new or unviewed Reviews.

• Process Overdue

  Define whether the Process Reviewer must receive an email notification prior 24 hours from when the reviews are overdue. You can also select the frequency at which the application must send the email notification.

• Process Review Escalation

  Define whether the Escalation Reviewer must receive an email when a Review is escalated.

• Process Review Reassign

  Define whether Reviewers must be notified when Reviews are reassigned.
