Use this tab to review questions with responses matching the default compliance standards or expectations, specified in the Response Template.

You can also use these options on this page:

• Mark an Incident

  Enable this option corresponding to the required question to create an incident based on the response score. The incident is displayed on the Incidents Monitor > Incidents page.

• Mark for Review Later

  Enable this option corresponding to the required question to review at a later date.

  Note: You must review all the questions before approving or denying. Else the application displays an error message.
• Comment
  Add comments for additional information. You can also use theFile Upload field to upload files as supporting document, if required. These file formats are supported:

  • Word
  • PDF
  • csv
  • excel
  • Image
